Alison Caldwell has traveled the globe capturing moments at the intersection of food and culture. Alison Caldwell was an honored James Beard Gallery visiting artist with her solo installation, "Hong Kong Foodscapes" in 2011. Her research and photography stretches from India, Vienna, to Vietnam.
